How does the Christmas bundle work ?
Select three kits and get the cheapest one free, all discounts will automatically be applied at checkout.
Where do you source your kits from?
We source all our kits from approved and certified retailers to ensure the authenticity and quality of all our kits.
Do you do cash on delivery?
Unfortunately not yet due to safety reasons of our couriers and employees, we do hope to have a solution for this in the near future as we do understand the need for it.
How long is delivery?
Under normal circumstances we have a 4-5 working day delivery time.
How do I buy from your website ?
1. Select a category that appeals to you.
2. Within the category you’ll find products on offer.
3. Once you choose a product you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description.
4. Select quantity, attributes (size etc) and “add to your cart”. The mini cart will pop down confirming the addition and from here you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.
5. In checkout we’ll give you the opportunity to review your cart.
6. From here you can enter your shipping and billing addresses (if you’re a first time buyer) or go straight to the payment page (if you’ve bought before).
How do I Iog a return?
To log a return please email us ballersgearza@gmail.com with your order number along with the reason for the return and we will schedule a courier to collect the unwanted item/s from you. Before we schedule the collection, we will confirm a date that suits you best.
•How long does an exchange take?
We can't send you a new item without receiving the original product first. This means that, once your exchange request has been approved, we will collect the returned item from you and deliver the new product once the one you returned has passed inspection at our warehouse.
