Ballers Gear Return & Refund Policy

At Ballers Gear, we want our customers to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for all orders placed on www.ballersgear.co.za.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

- Free of stains, odours, damage, or signs of wear

- Returned with all original tags and packaging

1.3 Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Gift cards

- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

3.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
3.2 You may be required to provide photos or videos as proof of the issue.
3.3 Once verified, we will offer:

- A replacement, or

- A full refund, depending on stock availability

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Our team will review your request and provide return approval and instructions.

Important: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

5.1 Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
5.2 Approved refunds will be processed through Yoco, our secure payment partner.
5.3 Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

6. Exchanges

6.1 Exchanges are only offered for:

- Different sizes, or

- Replacement of defective items

6.2 Exchange requests depend on product availability at the time of the request.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it must go through the normal return process.
